End of season reflection and goal setting for 2023

Service Description

How do we get better as athletes? We reflect on our season, we set goals for next year, and we give ourselves actions to take to improve our performance. This session will show you how to do all of these things, give you a chance to reflect and bounce ideas of other athletes and share your experiences and learnings. You'll get to experience my favourite tools for reflecting and goal setting, and you'll come out of it with a clear idea of your strengths and weaknesses, how to improve, goals for your 2023 seasons and clear actions to take to get you there. The session will be delivered via Zoom and all details will be emailed to you the day before the session.
