Ever had that moment where you just run out of steam? You get onto the run at the end of a triathlon and the legs just feel heavy? This course will walk you through each component of your race nutrition strategy. I'll show you how to plan, how to work out how much fuel you need, and we'll look at how the body actually works so that you understand what you need, when you need it and how to optimise your performance. I'll share my golden rules with you for pre, during and post race fuelling. Whether you're racing for fun or for qualification, a good nutrition strategy can make your race feel easier and more enjoyable, and will help you to hold your pace right to the end. Everyone should have one! Suitable for every race distance, You'll get a template to fill in and keep specific to your race distance, as well as my crib sheet so you can go through the process again whenever you need to.
