Service Description

This 4 week course is designed for good swimmers who are ready to level up their open water swim skills so they can be highly competitive when they race. We'll work on your speed in open water. This will include working on your open water skills, including perfecting your sighting, drafting and buoy turns, but we'll also work on your pacing, we'll do some race practice (including getting the elbows out!) and we'll look at what you need to do before you get in the water so you can blast it from the gun. But most importantly of all, we'll work on your speed. Speed and power. This course is held at Denham Water Ski club and your fee includes the cost of your swim so we do the admin for you. You will need to be NOWCA registered.
