Service Description

How do we get better as athletes? We set goals, we stay focused on working towards those goals, and we smash those goals! During this one to one session we will review where you're at, set your outcome goal for next year, identify the best ways for you to measure your progress, and identify the key actions to take to improve your performance. You'll get to experience my favourite tools for reflecting and goal setting, and you'll come out of it with a clear idea of your strengths and weaknesses, how to improve, goals for your season ahead and clear actions to take to get you there. The session will be delivered via Zoom and all details will be emailed to you the day before the session.
