Service Description

This is a group session, but each athlete will receive one to one attention to look at their own personal set up, refine it and make your transition quicker. Even if you think you're pretty efficient, I can find ways to shave time off your transitions. If you're still fairly new to triathlon, this will build your confidence and let you think through your transitions. If you're aiming for qualification or racing for Team GB, this could save you 30 seconds... and it's a lot easier to take 30 seconds off your transition time than any other discipline! This is a 2 hour practical session, so you'll need to bring all of your kit with you (including nutrition, race belts, sunglasses... literally ALL of your kit) and you'll have time to repeat transition several times. You'll also be cycling and running laps of the track, so this is a handy brick workout. Whatever your experience level, I can improve your transitions to make it easier, faster and stress-free. You'll also receive my very handy kit list and top tips. Suitable for triathlon and duathlon.
