Service Description
This is a bodyweight-based group session designed to build strength in the key muscles you use for triathlon and build mobility in the key movement patterns you use when you train and race. Every Monday at 7pm (excluding bank holidays). This session is suitable for all ability levels and lasts 55 mins.
