ONE TO ONE BASIC BIKE SKILLS
Carried out in a safe environment off the road, this session works on your basic skills including balance, cornering, and riding with others. Great for beginners or those who just can't reach their water bottle, this 60 min session is tailored to suit you and your needs.
We do this session on your bike on your turbo, so we can get you set up just right. We work on your aero position, balancing comfort with power and we carry out a pedal assessment to make sure you're power output is smooth and even. This is all about optimising your riding style.
ONE TO ONE TRANSITION TRAINING
Whether you're new to multisport, or an experienced racer looking to shave a precious few seconds off your race time, transition training is a must. This session is a very detailed look at your own personal transition set up and process to make you as confident and efficient as possible.
ONE TO ONE ROAD
So you're a decent cyclist? Good. This is for you. In this masterclass we examine and improve every detail of how you ride, including cornering, positioning, gearing and cadence. We'll use video to capture and refine your riding to make you efficient and shave off those precious seconds.
ONE TO ONE FLYING MOUNT AND DISMOUNT
Are you an experienced cyclist? Never quite mastered the flying mount and dismount (and all the faffing with shoes that goes with that)? This 60 minute session will take you through the key steps and get you flying through your next multisport event like a pro.
